This was Hallie's first year going to "That FAMOUS Preston Night Rodeo" with Great Grandpa Jensen. For as long as I can remember, we have all gone with him to the rodeo and fair on Family Night, which is Thursday. I haven't gone in a few years, but every since I've been married and he's been home, Tony's gone with. We used to have a rule that you have to be 8 or so years old before you can try going, but Hallie is so into cowgirls and horses and she was just dying to go, so we let her try it and she did great! The only thing she didn't like was the calf wrestling, she didn't like that they were being mean to the cows and she actually cried! It was sad, but cute at the same time. This year, Tony, Hallie, Kaden, Emily and Steph all went. Steph has not missed one year of going with Grandpa, ever! This is a fun tradition that we will all carry on. I have more pictures on another camera that I'll post later.
Maybe Stephanie needs to do her own blog and Lindsay can post on her own. Yea Steph I know it was you that posted all of this, Real cute pictures. You do good work, but you should think of doing your own blog!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBelieve me, Melanie, nobody would want to read what I have to post on a blog. The only exciting thing that's happened to me lately is that I fell down the stairs and you already heard about that! We've been doing better lately though, usually now she sits there and tells me what to type :) It's not my fault she is computer challenged!
